Return Policy — Giusto Hats - Hat Supply by Lupo
We want you to be satisfied with every order. If something isn't right, here is exactly how returns work.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging, where applicable
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
All items, including custom hat liners and personalized sweatbands, are eligible for return within the 60 day window.
How to Start a Return
Email us at lupo@giustohats.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 2 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, damage in transit), we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.
If the return is for any other reason (buyer changed their mind, wrong size ordered), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 to 3 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to stock availability. Contact us at lupo@giustohats.com to arrange an exchange instead of a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
