All Leather Sweatbands

Every leather hat sweatband we make in one place: reeded, extra fine reeded, soft rustic distressed and speciality colours, in regular and XXXL lengths. Regular and full grain leather, sold by the piece or in bulk for fedoras, cowboy and western hats, and shipped from the USA.

Every band is reeded: a fine wire is sewn into the bottom edge so the band keeps its curve inside the crown, and one ferrule joins the two ends of that wire. Stock lengths cover regular and XXXL hats, or we sew a band to your exact size before it ships. Colours run from black, chestnut, chocolate, coffee and khaki to navy, nude and red, and the red is the softest leather we carry.
