How to Order
Everything is chosen on our Liner Colour Card: pick Classic Foil or Atelier Print, then your colours, artwork, piping and head sizes — and press Add to cart. Your choices go into the order automatically. Not sure about anything? Order anyway and write “call me” and your phone number in the notes — Lupo phones you to go over every detail before anything is made. Ordered before? Tell us “same as my last order” and we’ll match it exactly.
What’s Included
Classic Foil: one satin colour from the chart — or one colour for the top and another for the sides, at no extra cost — and one logo foil-stamped in gold, silver, black, blue or red. Atelier Print: your logo, centred and printed on a solid colour — from our chart, or any colour you can imagine — or a picture covering the full top area, or a pattern printed on the top area, or both. Head sizes: pick from S to XXXXXL on the Colour Card — S 54 cm (US 6¾), M 56 cm (US 7), L 58 cm (US 7¼), XL 60 cm (US 7½), XXL 62 cm (US 7¾), XXXL 64 cm (US 8), XXXXL 66 cm (US 8¼), XXXXXL 68 cm (US 8½). Each order includes a set number of sizes — 10 or 25 units: 1 size, 50 units: 2 sizes, 100 units: 3 sizes, 200 or 300 units: 5 sizes. Any extra size beyond that: +$25. First proof and one revision included.
Options & Extras
Piping (cording) around the top, in any chart colour: +$0.50 per liner. A foil logo stamped on top of an Atelier Print: +$45. Further revision rounds: +$15 each. Want to see a mockup before you order? $15, credited to your order when you buy.

Easy to Install
Trim any excess fabric to your preferred height, leave about ½ inch to tuck behind the sweatband, and secure with a dab of glue if you like — usually it isn’t needed. Liner height: 4.75 inches. Universal fit for about 99% of hat styles.
Turnaround
Most orders ship within 3 weeks. In busy seasons allow 4–6 weeks — tell us your date when you order and we’ll say honestly whether we can hit it.
Which size should I order?
Start with 58 cm (US 7 1/4). If you are holding one size only, this is the one that covers the most hats: right for medium and large, and it will still go into a small hat.
For proper coverage, hold three: 56 cm (US 7) medium, 58 cm (US 7 1/4) large, 60 cm (US 7 1/2) extra large.
Going up adds coverage. Going down loses it quickly. A liner that is too small does not reach the sweatband, so it pulls against the crown and lifts away. A liner that is a little too big is not a problem, because the extra takes up as soft fullness behind the sweatband where nobody sees it. It stops looking crisp only when you go far bigger than the hat.
When you are between sizes, go up.
